-Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors -Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications -Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning and permitting through procurement and implementation -Interface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholder, and Clients

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills -Deadline and detail-oriented -Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Construction industry; three (3) of the seven (8) should have responsibility in coordinating public works projects -Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
