Tasks

-Conduct independent and proactive market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and relevant startups in the FinTech and PropTech space. -Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders to explore workflows, pain points, and interest in emerging technology. -Participate in due diligence of potentially attractive market spaces and startups -Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback across teams to produce clear narratives around organizational needs and opportunities. -Support investment diligence workflows by creating company profiles, technology summaries, and competitive benchmarking. -Prepare and present insights and trend updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. -Support internal processes, collaborating with legal, procurement, risk, and security groups by facilitating the sourcing / vetting of new technologies. -Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, founder meetings, and internal insight-gathering interviews.

What You Bring

-3+ years of experience in a similar position. -Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and startup founders. -Clear and persuasive communicator (written and verbal), able to synthesize complexity. -Familiarity with commercial real estate and emerging technology sectors. -Ability to independently manage multiple ongoing research initiatives. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent. -Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. -Analytical and research-oriented mindset.
