- Manage and supervise drafting teams, ensuring accurate and timely production of drawings for tender and construction.
- Lead the planning, design, and supervision of Structural & Civil Engineering works for high-rise residential developments.
- Ensure all engineering works meet statutory regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design, ensuring safety, economy, and compliance with client requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders—clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams—to secure approvals such as ST approvals, Permit to Start Work, As-Built Clearances, TOP, and CSC.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design
- Experience in regulatory submissions, design management, and project controls
- Proficient in structural analysis software for high-rise buildings
- Familiarity with precast design and detailing is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
- Strong team player with experience working in multi-disciplinary design and construction teams
