Tasks

-Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure -Sureway is a Repair Facility, not a component exchange shop; providing our technicians with a sense of ownership -Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner -Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls -Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture -Rebuild Cat, Komatsu engines

What You Bring

-Specialty Dealer Training Provided with Certification -Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics -CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support -Off Road HDM experience is REQUIRED -Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements -Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent -Current 3rd Year HDM Apprentice -Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu components is REQUIRED -Apprentices must be in good standing with AIT -Specific Manufacturer Tooling with Software and Diagnostics -Must have between (5) and (10) years' HET Journeyperson experience -Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation -Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED -Full Complement of Hand Tools
