Overview

Coordinate sales orders and customer service between sales and production.

Tasks

-Compiling final order packages for release to the production team -Responding to all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner -Supporting various departmental initiatives and projects -Data entry of sales information into our ERP system -Coordinating and working seamlessly with our engineering and outside sales departments to ensure all required drawings and order information is complete and accurate -Assisting with information requests requiring research within our internal database -Processing new sales orders accurately and within a timely manner

What You Bring

-Strong time management skills -Demonstrated ability to work with MS Office Suite of products -Excellent attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy -Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field -Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills -Highly approachable individual with strong administrative skills -Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Demonstrated ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment
