Tasks

-Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. -Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory. -Work as a team to complete residential insulation jobs -Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions. -Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness. -Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., spray foam) -Track project progress and report daily updates. -Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers -Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.

What You Bring

-1+ years of experience of residential insulation -Sales experience -Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills -High School Diploma or GED -Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language -Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools -Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers -Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work -Clean driving record -Service Titan experience
