Lead planner managing schedules, resources, risk and delivery from engineering to commissioning.

Tasks
-Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths, resource pinch points and potential bottlenecks. -Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future planning. -Delivery of projects in line with the as sold margin forecasts. -Support the sales and commercial operations teams in allocating production slots in line with the sales pipeline. -Interfacing with production planning -Identify opportunities for process improvements in project planning and scheduling. -Planning works in line with business requirements. -Delivery of projects in line with the business revenue forecasts. -Ensure the project plans align with the company objectives and client requirements. -Monitor resource utilisation and recommend adjustments to optimise project performance. -Foster effective communication between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. -Work closely with project managers and department heads to allocate resources efficiently, including labour, materials, and equipment. -Ensuring Project plans in project for the web are accurate through reviewing timelines. -Baselining new projects into the overall programme of works. -Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain end-to-end project plans through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. -Identify potential risks and opportunities related to project schedules. -Support the Project Managers in developing mitigation and contingency plans to address schedule-related issues. -Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions. -Utilise the project plans to support the business in creating revenue and cashflow forecasts. -Regularly update project timelines and communicate any deviations to stakeholders.
