-Licensure – preferred, but not required -Technical Knowledge – strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications -Communication – successful communicator & collaborator in a high-energy team environment -Software Proficiency – Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, Speclink, SketchUp, Adobe CC, MS Office -Experience – 5+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family or hospitality
