The Role

Overview

Onsite IT Support for hardware, software, and user assistance

Tasks

-Assist with basic cybersecurity tasks like antivirus updates and software patches. -Monitor systems and report performance issues or outages. -Take part in IT-related projects such as upgrades or new software rollouts. -Help set up and maintain conference room technology, including AV equipment and displays. -Offer guidance and support for Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). -Keep clear records of technical procedures and solutions. -Assist with basic troubleshooting for computers, software, and network connections. -Help install and maintain company software and tools. -Support user accounts and access permissions in systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and others. -Deliver friendly and helpful customer service to all team members. -Provide training and support to users on common IT tools and best practices. -Provide daily support for laptops, mobile devices, and accessories, helping resolve hardware and software issues.

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users. -Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. -Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic user account management. -1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. -Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. -Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell or Bash). -Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus. -Understanding of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, IP addresses, Wi-Fi). -Familiarity with Windows and macOS systems and basic troubleshooting. -Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) is a plus. -Able to work independently and as part of a team.
