  • ICC Commercial or Residential Certification required.
  • Organized and efficient
  • Ability to work various shifts
  • Ability to produce inspection reports according to company standards
  • Reliable means of transportation necessary.
  • Ability to read prints and find inspection locations
  • Candidates must be familiar with the New York City Building Code
  • Able to communicate effectively with a variety of project managers
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic
  • Technical, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree pertaining to the Engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, etc.) a plus.
  • Ideal candidates must hold certifications from ICC, AWS, NICET and/or ACI including:
  • Must be punctual, reliable with good attention to detail
  • Ability to travel numerous job sites daily
  • Authorized to work in the U.S with a valid driver license
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • NYS PE, Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree with field experience
