Tasks

-Develop detailed project estimates, conduct quantity takeoffs, and perform specification reviews -Manage bid processes and coordinate with clients, design teams, trade partners, and field teams -Review and interpret drawings, lead preconstruction RFIs, and coordinate value analysis initiatives -Document estimating processes and maintain accurate project data -Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners -Participate in company improvement initiatives and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence -Support project strategies and preconstruction planning to ensure successful project delivery -Lead estimating efforts and mentor other estimators within the division -Prepare and manage trade partner bid packages and evaluate proposals for accuracy and competitiveness

What You Bring

-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field -Strong internal support and professional development -Experience with CMAR and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods -Valid driver’s license -Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word -Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and standard scopes of work -Experience with preconstruction platforms such as On-Screen Takeoff, BlueBeam, ConCntric, or BuildingConnected -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills -Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction or related project management
