Tasks

-Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices

What You Bring

-Very adaptable -Empowering yourself to learn how to do something. If you need a ton of handholding or a micro-manager boss, this is not the place for you -Learn as much as you can about HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contracting! -A good understanding of technology, programming, PowerBI, and networking -Strong communicator -A natural love of problem-solving and learning new things -An in-progress Bachelors' degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related-field
