Perform water damage mitigation, lead crew, set up equipment, and handle cleanup tasks.

Tasks

-Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment -Perform demolition tasks -Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance -Perform job cleanup and breakdown -Perform high quality water mitigation services -Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures -Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule -Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged -Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques -Effectively lead a work crew -Place and monitor drying equipment

Requirements

• driver's license

• iicrc certification

What You Bring

-Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history -Experience in water mitigation -Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) -IICRC certification preferred, but not required
