Tasks

As a Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain close communication with the project team and client to keep work on schedule and on budget. -Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. -Manage day-to-day field operations, including crews and subcontractors. -Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. -Oversee ground-up retail and industrial tilt-wall construction projects on-site. -Assist with scheduling, materials management, and documentation as needed. -Review site progress, maintain quality standards, and enforce safety compliance.

What You Bring

-Ability to lead multiple crews and manage hands-on construction operations. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and field management. -Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems on-site. -Hands-on experience with ground-up retail and industrial tilt-wall projects. -7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction. -Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore) and standard office tools.

Benefits
