What You Bring

-Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office -Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications as well as experience with equipment such as copiers and printers -Organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating -Be experienced in providing security detail for our property -Be willing to cross-train on other shifts to support the community -Experience answering calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional manner -Possess a high school diploma or equivalent -Be willing to work independently -Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks in a high-traffic area with multiple interruptions -The ability to multi-task -Maintain a professional appearance, a friendly attitude, and someone who can who can interact with composure in all experiences with team members, residents, and visitors. -Professional and polite phone etiquette -Able to walk long distances, climb stairs and lift heavy objects -Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy -Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
