Overview

Assist in delivering BREEAM sustainability assessments and energy/LCA strategies for projects.

Tasks

-Set up and maintain projects via the project evidence tracker; -Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines; -Assisting in preparing bids and proposals for new work; -Engaging with skills networks to exchange best practices and processes; -Producing reports providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams; -Reviewing documentation provided by project teams, assess this against the project’s targets and provide feedback or follow-up; -Reviewing project details and develop targets for sustainability; -Communicating sustainability requirements to internal and external team members; -Attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets; -Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions; -Reviewing the performance of designated projects on a monthly basis and update the team’s project tracker with progress information; -Assist with the delivery of BREEAM projects, with support from a senior member of the team;

What You Bring

-Part L modelling experience (TAS preferable) and LCA experience (One Click LCA preferable); -Completing relevant training to become certified as a BREEAM Assessor/Advisory Professional (AP). -Full UK Driving Licence. -Hold a relevant degree, BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons) or equivalent/higher; -A passion for innovation and problem solving; -Humility, self-motivation and enthusiasm; -An understanding of the construction industry and built environment.
