-Staying updated on the latest development sin access control technology -Customer Interfacing/Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate the systems -Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations

What You Bring

-Basic knowledge of networking principles, IP camera technology, controller hardware, door hardware and credential technologies -DMP, Ademco alarm systems -DSX, RS2, Lenel, Brivo, and various other access control systems -Ability to communicate adequately with customer representatives in the field -Successfully pass a background check and drug screen -Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, line diagrams and specifications -Ability and willingness to serve as a mentor for Installers and/or junior Field Technicians -Relay logic & Low voltage circuit -Current and continued certification in at least one structured cabling system -Current and continued certification in at least one VMS system -Ability to terminate and test category cable and fiber optic cable -Computer skills to easily use the Internet e-mail, orders and forms -Basic knowledge of low voltage principles (ohm’s law, load calculations, metering, etc.) -Hold a valid driver’s license -High School Diploma or GED required -Panasonic, Samsung CCTV IP systems -At least one year’s experience as an Installer (or equivalent position)
