Graduate Quantity Surveyor role supporting cost management of construction projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Review and management of change control procedures. -Completion of Valuations -Attending design team meetings -Cost modelling and cost planning -Compilation of contract documentation -Procurement tasks and managing tender processes -Buy-in to achieving deadlines set by Clients and Managers -Attendance at site progress meetings

What You Bring
-Ability to working in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives. -Good organization skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and willingness to ask for help when needed, as well as support other members of the team -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (preferably RICS accredited) -Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication -Due Diligence reporting
