Tasks

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Schneider Electric’s solutions portfolio. -Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation. -Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to position Schneider Electric effectively. -Prepare and deliver regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and account plans. -Present solutions and value propositions to customers at various organizational levels. -Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning Schneider Electric’s offerings. -Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals. -Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, Strategic Account Plan Tool - OnePlan, etc.) to maintain accurate forecasts and enhance customer experience. -Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. -Drive new customer acquisition and expand Schneider Electric’s presence in strategic accounts. -Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.

We celebrate IMPACT Makers and believe everyone has the potential to be one. -Familiarity with power and thermal solutions is a plus. -Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements. -Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. -3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in data center infrastructure or related industries. -Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 20 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $185,600.00 - $278,400.00 per year and an additional uncapped commission.
