Your work will primarily focus on professional services including dilapidations, party wall, building pathology, pre-acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence while also involving project work and insurance remediation schemes. You’ll work across a variety of sectors such as public buildings, residential, healthcare, defence, commercial, and education, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

As a Director, you will lead the Building Surveying function in Winchester, helping to expand its regional presence and drive growth across a diverse portfolio. The role will suit a surveyor who thrives on autonomy, values collaboration, and enjoys combining technical delivery with leadership and strategy.
