HR Automation Analyst

Overview

Maintain and enhance HR RPA solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support automation rollout.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, including break/fix support and performance optimization -Monitor various robotic processes, including troubleshooting issues and addressing exceptions -Develop and test automation workflows -Provide support to HR teams on automation tools and best practices -Enhancing existing automation to improve functionality and increase ROI -Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions -Create process and end-user documentation

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills. -Experience with API Integrations a plus -2-3 years professional work experience preferred -Development experience with one or more programming languages and database technologies -Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Computer Science -Experience with UiPath technology -Experience with Business and Technical requirements, problem-solving and system testing including UAT and Bug Fixes -Experience with Human Resource processes
