Tasks
-Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers -Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices -Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business -Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program -Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms -Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions

What You Bring
-Minimum age of 18+ -Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills -Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office -Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license -Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong communication and negotiation abilities -Carefully crafted new agent business building not available anywhere else -Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
