What You Bring

BEPC, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hands-on Systems Engineer to support a high-visibility engineering initiative in Tucson, AZ. This position requires full onsite presence and involves working with complex electromechanical systems, particularly within pathology laboratory technologies. Note: This is a W2-only role — No C2C or C2H candidates will be considered. -Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks -2–5 years of hands-on experience with electromechanical systems or systems engineering -Ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols -High degree of creativity and innovation, with a commitment to process optimization and continuous improvement -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical Engineering preferred) -Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, self-directed work style -Demonstrated expertise in pathology laboratory technologies
