Oversee roofing remodel projects on-site, managing crews, quality, safety, and customer experience.

Tasks

-Track and verify material and equipment deliveries, reporting discrepancies to procurement. -Serve as the on-site expert, leader, and primary communicator for assigned projects. -Review and understand the project scope and specifications before work begins. -Use technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to start, run, and close projects on time. -Monitor and inspect installation quality throughout each project. -Coordinate with dispatch, procurement, and customer success teams to keep projects running smoothly. -Advise customers on potential scope changes and process change orders directly. -Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to all applicable regulations. -Supervise and lead subcontractors and crews — ensuring safety, teamwork, discipline, and high-quality workmanship.

What You Bring

-Willingness to learn and grow with the company. -Familiarity with Google Workspace and DocuSign. -2+ years in construction project management or site supervision with direct customer interaction. -OSHA certifications. -Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. -Professional demeanor and presentation. -Communicate proactively and effectively with both customers and internal teams at every stage. -Proven ability to deliver 5-star experiences to clients. -Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity. -Company-issued iPhone and MacBook. -Understanding of contracts, subcontracts, and terms & conditions. -Ability to manage schedules using a digital calendar. -Strong skills in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and managing performance.
