-Develop and grow the civil engineering practice based in the Houston, Texas Region, working with current and hopefully new clients as a result of effective business development activities -Engage and work directly with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and project approvals -Smart and effective project management and oversight to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality while ensuring projects also meet or exceed Arcadis’s commercial objectives -Develop and manage a Team that can build positive relationships and connections to facilitate new project opportunities for Arcadis while delivering outstanding projects to our clients
