Tasks

-Maintain and improve product engineering documentation and manufacturing BOMs -Provide guidance to Engineering team on process improvements and feasibility studies -Procure parts, labor and equipment, and execute on those projects with GCs for installation and integration -Recommend product and tooling designs for production efficiency -Design efficient plant layouts and workflows -Act as Subject Matter Expert for anything related to equipment and machinery -Partner with Maintenance Manager for PM schedules and equipment oversight -Develop and optimize manufacturing process routings and methods

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred) -Strong knowledge of process optimization, equipment automation, and validation -Experienced with capital expenditure and oversight of equipment installation and commissioning -Experience leading small teams or cross-functional groups -5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering; plastics industry preferred
