The Role

Overview

Lead and deliver multiple projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, and WHSEQ compliance.

Tasks

-The PM will act as Agent or Principal representative for the client -Ensure All Works are delivered within an operational environment -Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. -Oversee design, tendering, and contract administration processes. -Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to achieve performance targets. -Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities. -Plan, develop, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. -Lead and support project teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability. -Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as required. -Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation. -Ensure compliance with WHSEQ standards and company procedures.

What You Bring

-Ability to adapt quickly to change with a flexible and innovative approach to challenges. -Strong demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering projects or Capex programs. -Current General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card). -Prior experience in Aviation sector projects. -Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Project Management. -Post-trade or Post-Graduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management,Engineering, or Business Management. -Experience working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services. -Certificate IV in WHSEQ or proven equivalent experience in project management. -Demonstrated relationship management skills with external clients and contractors, focusing on identifying and strengthening key client partnerships. -Ability to obtain security clearance for Aviation projects (Australian Citizenship required). -Experience working within environments governed by QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems. -Demonstrated experience in project works related to services infrastructure upgrades and/or building refurbishments.
