-Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights. -Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service calls to Fire systems. -Identify and carry out remedial works and small installations in line with service guidance. -Maintain accurate records of service and performance.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, and other open protocol systems -Experience servicing and maintaining fire systems to relevant British Standards. -Basic electrical safety training (ECA) and sound technical understanding of building services. -Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. -CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
