Security Clearance: Existing or able to obtain NV1 * Availability – Capacity to work full-time onsite in Canberra and maintain an active NV1 security clearance. * Relevant Experience – Demonstrated experience supporting audiovisual, telephony, and video conferencing systems (e.g., MS Teams, Cisco, Lightware, Webex). Our client, the Department of infrastructure, transport, regional development and communications, Sport and the Arts (the department) is seeking a full-time Canberra-based Audio Video Service Manager responsible for administering and supporting the organisation’s video conferencing and calling solutions. * Technical Capability – Proven ability to troubleshoot, administer, and maintain AV and conferencing infrastructure. * Government Experience – Prior experience working within Australian Government departments or agencies, with knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
