Leases multiple Baltimore properties, handles tours, marketing, tenant screening, and move‑ins.

Tasks
-Acts as a liaison between property management company and residents in order to ensure there are no vacancies in their properties. -Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair. -Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract renters. -Creates, develops, and maintains a wait list as needed. -Ensures available and model units are fresh and tidy. -Assists with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required. -Manages use of shared facilities such as fitness and recreation areas, laundry facilities, and meeting or gathering spaces. -Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units. -Prepares leases for Property Manager’s review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants. -Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties. -Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents. -Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals. -Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by the Property Manager. -Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes. -Creates, develops, and maintains a list of promotions and discounts. -Prepare move-in materials.
