-Promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive error identification and resolution. -Execute quality assurance processes throughout the service projects lifecycle to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards. -Develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, driving continuous improvement. -Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines -Manage regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clear communication and integration into factory processes. -Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Effects Analysis. -Contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. -Design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality

What You Bring

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization. -Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO). -Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. -Proficiency in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. -Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
