Lead and develop a small team of Surveyors and Estates Technicians, providing effective line management, mentoring, and professional guidance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters, managing escalations and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions.
Ensure property inspections and maintenance programmes are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and performance measures.
Support and participate in business development activities, contributing to revenue growth and the achievement of team targets.
