Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all project-related communications, providing regular updates on progress, and addressing any potential issues. Works with internal stakeholders to assess and identify areas of improvement within their tower process and product landscape
Has a solid technical understanding of the UKG product, maintains and coordinates on Internal Platform documentation and business SOP documents as required.
Develop and execute regional deployment strategies that align with client expectations and company objectives for large-scale time and attendance rollouts.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials to ensure high user adoption and self-sufficiency for client's post-implementation.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. Responsible for maintaining, developing, and constructing processes, enhancements and new features related to Time and Attendance for the People organization within CBRE.

Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation best practices.
Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders through change and process improvement.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale software or product deployments, specifically in time and attendance or workforce management.
Experience and qualifications in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Solution Design principles preferred.
