Overview

Collect as‑built data using 360° photos and LiDAR for construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• photogrammetry
• lidar scanning
• 360° capture
• site travel

Tasks

-Upload captures to photogrammetry software for processing and stitching -Perform terrestrial LiDAR scans of entire construction sites or specific areas -Capture 360° as-built photos of all areas of the construction site -Travel to multiple construction sites in the South Florida Region on a daily or weekly basis

What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning -In pursuit of a bachelor’s program in engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program -A strong attention to detail and quality of performing various types of reality capture -Ability to interpret architectural drawings, details, and specification a plus -Verbal communication skills, able to understand directions, read work orders with location and project descriptions -Ability to work in high elevation up to 1,000 ft -Ability to learn and interact with new hardware/software -Ability to travel by car to various job sites around South Florida
