Tasks

-Analytics Coordination: Ensure correct analytics methods are selected and data requirements understood. -Facilitate follow-up of the KONE strategy scorecard and OKRs using automated, data-driven reporting tools. -Visualization & Reporting: Design dashboards and data visualizations; communicate findings and recommendations. -Build and maintain “Execution Engine” initiatives on a portfolio management platform, supporting stage gates model, standardized methodologies, and rigorous follow-up. -Define strategic projects in a portfolio management tool and support users to use the tool for strategy execution and follow-up. -Performance Insights: Provide actionable insights to eliminate inefficiencies and prioritize improvement initiatives. -Business Performance Analysis: Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities to support decision-making. -Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key contact point between business stakeholders and advanced analytics teams. -Capability Building: Help develop analytics capabilities within the organization.

What You Bring

-Advantageous: experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Celonis, and Copilot or other AI agents. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively. -Some experience in consulting, project management, or similar work. -Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills. -Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering, or similar) with strong academic performance. -Strong communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. -Fluency in English.
