Overview

Manage NC transportation survey projects, client relations, and lead a survey team.

Tasks

-Develop relationships with NCDOT and local municipalities for future opportunities. -Oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC compliance. -Mentor staff and support project delivery and workforce planning. -Lead and manage survey operations (field and office) with focus on quality, safety, and NCDOT standards.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Must meet background, drug screen, and driving requirements. -NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required. -Proven experience with NCDOT transportation survey projects. -Proficiency with MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, Trimble, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
