Tasks

Understand the project requirements and objectives and develop a BIM model accordingly. Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI. Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Develop accurate drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.

What You Bring

Ability to work independently and collaboratively preferably staying in Dubai Good multitasking and ability to manage strict deadlines We are currently looking for BIM Architect with experience in Design Development consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects. IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience using the Revit software (Architectural) and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc)
