Superintendent (North Carolina)

Tasks

-Coordinate deliveries and install dates with GC/CM Superintendent -Train subcontractors on installs and safety making sure that the focus on safety is paramount -Maintain MSI’s plan of activities that are specific to the project, including Production, Shipping, and Installations -Complete daily reports of the day’s travels and activities, such as sales calls, job site visits, etc. -Schedule deliveries and equipment and ensure subcontractor personnel are on site to receive and inventory deliveries -Initiate prequalification process with customer -Develop new business while fostering and maintaining relationships with current clients -Establish leads with current and new customers -Assist with installations on job sites -Manage day-to-day activities of subs including weekly communication with the GC/CM -Perform field measuring where applicable -Make sure all equipment is returned to the rental company when the job is completed -Find local subcontractors in local market to perform work

What You Bring

-Have previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman with additional business development and sales experience -Be available to answer install questions -Must have OSHA 30 and we prefer CPR certifications -Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening -Knowledgeable in the steel business with manufacturing and installation experience
