What You Bring

-Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certificate required. Training can be provided. -Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired. -Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required. -A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. However, a combination of equivalent work experience (minimum of 10 years combined experience in respective civil/structural discipline) and training in the field may be qualifying. -Ten or more years as a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager for a civil or structural subcontractor or contractor required on similar size and type construction contracts. -Army Corps of Engineers EM385‐1‐1 40 Hour Safety preferred. -CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided.
