Tasks

-Ensures project awareness of and adherence to reporting deadlines. -Delivers training sessions and facilitates workshops on project reporting. -Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency. -Ensures compliance with project record keeping and data archival requirements. -Coordinates cost, schedule, performance, and other reporting inputs from multiple departments. -Obtains required reporting information from all disciplines/functions. -Prepares and facilitates presentation of information to management/client. -Collects and analyzes alternatives for improvement. -Prepares reporting plan in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures. Collects and classifies data. Coordinates recording, monitoring, & reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards. -Assists in the preparation of analysis, recommendations, reports, metrics, and presentations to management/client. -Works with owners to update and satisfy project record keeping and data archival requirements. -Investigates the requirements for and coordinates inputs to project reports. -Coordinates the development and maintenance of project reporting program. -Coordinates the development and accuracy of reports. -Coordinates with all departments to ensure understanding of total project reporting needs. Identifies restraints and effect on deliverable schedule. -Identifies considerations and problems resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces. Coordinates the total integration of reporting activities. -Operates, manages, and Oversees use of cross-department reporting tools and software.

What You Bring

-Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes. -Demonstrated strong background with and an ability to review and present cost engineering and cost estimating products as well as planning and scheduling products using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices. -Experience in developing processes for reporting that are tailored to the program environment and to meeting customer requirements. -Proven track record of successful project controls delivery across scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating and risk management. -Verifies accuracy and consistency of reporting information. -Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site. -Demonstrated ability to work with people of varied backgrounds and objectives. -Will be experienced in the production of management information reporting at a program level including the use of enterprise level systems. -Skilled in oral and written communication. -Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. -Project Controls leadership experience on EPC/EPCM projects. -Experienced in the application of BI Analytics to deliver management information across a program. -Must possess at least a bachelors’ (BS/BA) degree from an accredited university and five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, high school diploma or equivalent and nine (9) or more years of directly relevant professional experience. -Experience in monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling performance, including schedule development, control, and analysis, as well as cost performance, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis. -US citizenship is required per contract requirement. -Demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of Project Controls technical skills. -Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check including verification of employment, education, and travel.
