-Develop O&M manuals and as-builts -Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings -Develop project safety binder and review with subcontractors -Administer safety program -Order any construction related items (dumpsters, storage, etc.) -Schedule factory start-ups and ensure start-up sheets are filled out, and submitted as required for warranties -Address project issues -Help resolve warranty issues as needed -Assist with managing equipment lead times -Assist with pre-construction walkthroughs and subcontractor selection -Assist with the commissioning effort -Register applicable equipment for warranties -Lead construction review meetings -Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit required milestones on schedule
