Overview

Manage lease documentation, data entry, and tenant liaison for RioCan properties.

Tasks

-Maintain regular contact with Property Managers, Accounting and Revenue Control departments. -Liaise with tenants and tenant's legal counsel. -Summarize leases and related documentation as part of acquisition due diligence. -Draft lease amending agreements, estoppel certificates, surrender agreements and other documents. -Complete lease summaries and enter relevant lease-related information into Yardi.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills -Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook -2 years of experience with lease documentation or other related legal documentation -Experience with Yardi is considered an asset. -Thrive in a fast-paced environment -Completion of College Diploma or Certificate Program in Business Administration -Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple deadlines
