Tasks

-Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. -Lead and supervise all leasing staff, ensuring optimal team performance and development. -Collaborate with the Property Manager on special projects and assignments. -Ensure timely completion of all leasing and marketing reports -Provide guidance and support to leasing office staff, including training, performance management, and addressing any issues or concerns. -Formulating strategies and organizing in-house events, along with overseeing the orchestration of external marketing endeavors. -Complete all assigned HR/People Operations-related tasks. -Uphold brand and company standards, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in an exceptional manner.

What You Bring

-Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday. -Must be available for additional hours including evenings and weekends as needed. -2 years of experience in property management or related fields. -Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is essential for creating visually appealing graphics and promotional materials. -Demonstrated Leadership Skills -Entrata software proficiency: Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is highly desirable. -Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems. -High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required -Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule on-site at the property. -Leasing in student housing: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing within the student housing industry. -Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours -Social media marketing: The candidate should have a strong background in social media marketing, with a focus on creating engaging content and managing social media platforms.
