On‑site Field Engineer supporting solar construction, handling logistics, inspections, and safety.

Tasks

-Overseevariableaspectsofprojectsandprovidedirectassistanceto ensure timely project execution and assist in planning, coordinating and managing. -Work performed in confined areas -Coordinate with Construction Manager, project manager and other project leads following project execution. -Assist with assigningdutiestostafftoimplementprojectgoals,asneeded. -Work performed around hazardous equipment. -Create and maintain project task schedule and 3-week lookahead. -Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance -Maintenance of crew production schedule Lead Safety Toolbox talks, Comply with Job HazardAnalysisandSite-SpecificSafety Plan

What You Bring

-Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.) -Familiaritywithprojectmanagementsoftwareaplus (Procore) -Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting) -Work performed at low and/or high elevations -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. -Proficiencywithcomputeroperatingsystems(Microsoft Suite) -Able to walk or move continuosuly while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is recommended to get assistance to lift items over 50 lbs. Check with your project supervisor or project safety director. -Excessive humidity, rain, etc. -Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.) Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with the requirements of the job duties. -Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite) -Regular attendance, in accordance with the company’s attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position. -Abilitytomultitask, prioritize, and beproactive. -Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time -Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc.
