Junior Sales / Project Estimator

Overview

Support sales and estimating, preparing quotes and client relations for UXO services

Key Responsibilities

• quotation prep
• client follow-up
• admin support
• mailbox monitoring

Tasks

-Prepare and deliver quotations to clients within agreed timeframes, while being mindful of potential competitors -Track activity and follow up with clients where appropriate -Provide administrative support to senior staff -Monitor shared mailboxes, actioning where applicable, whilst escalating alternative staff when necessary -Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service at all times

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve -Demonstrated track record of positive sales performance -One to two years’ experience as a sales executive or account manager (although not essential, as on-going training will be provided). -Strong presentation skills and attention to detail -Ability to follow established sales plans and meet management deadlines -Organisational skills and ability to multitask -Ability to work effectively as part of a team -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) -Experience, or good knowledge within the construction industry, is desirable
