Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Architect role located in Northeast OH. The Senior Project Architect will oversee project design and execution from conceptualization to completion. Responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability standards. The role involves collaboration with design teams, mentoring junior staff, and integrating sustainable practices into project designs.

What You Bring

-Experience in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and space planning. -Proficiency in Project Management, including project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination. -Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills. -Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) processes and sustainable design principles. -Professional licensure in architecture is preferred; LEED accreditation is a plus. -Skilled in handling Submittals, shop drawing reviews, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. -Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and the ability to produce and interpret BIM models. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
