Tasks

-Lead and mentor junior commercial staff, providing guidance and support. -Support project reviews, reports, and insurance claims as required. -Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project delivery and margins. -Manage project profitability, budgets, and financial reporting. -Oversee contract change management, valuations, and timely applications for payments. -Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and compliance with company standards. -Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, company policies, and Group Minimum Commercial Expectations. -Maintain accurate cost tracking, forecasts, and cash flow management.

What You Bring

-Chartered or qualified with RICS, ICES, or CIOB. -Experience in tendering, procurement, and subcontract management. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. -Strong knowledge of construction techniques, contract law, and EEC suite contracts. -Substantial senior-level experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering.
