Tasks
Our process typically includes 2-3 conversations (phone and in-person) to ensure a mutual fit. -Hosting weekly foreman meetings to keep everyone informed and on track -Communicating with trade partners, field staff, and project managers to ensure alignment -Managing schedules, sequencing work, and ensuring progress aligns with project goals -Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite -Leading and coordinating daily site operations across multiple projects -Ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and maintaining accurate records

What You Bring
As Superintendent, you may work across any of our market focuses, including Healthcare, Industrial, Higher Education, Historical/Repositioning, Mission-Critical, and/or Life Sciences, but your primary focus will be Commercial Interiors. Drug screen and background check required. You believe that success on a jobsite is about more than just checking off tasks—it’s about building trust, staying organized, and leading by example. You enjoy coordinating moving parts and motivating teams to deliver quality work on time and on budget. Most importantly, you’re energized by watching a plan come to life. -3+ years of experience overseeing high-end, Class A tenant improvement/commercial interiors projects as a Superintendent -Experience in drywall, finish carpentry, or millwork -Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices -OSHA certification -Confidence in reading plans, coordinating teams, and adapting to change. -Deep knowledge of safety protocols and permitting processes -3+ years of experience leading teams and managing commercial construction projects as a Superintendent with a general contractor -Acting as a visible, responsive, and reliable presence on site -A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a calm presence when things get tough -Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site logistics -Communication flows clearly between field and office -Experience scheduling integrated teams using Outbuild scheduling software -A humble, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping a cool head -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Jumping in as needed to solve problems quickly, professionally, and collaboratively -Ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
