Tasks

-Informing management about the competitor’s strategy and pricing. -Manage customer-centric operations & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms. -Build relationships with Interior Designers / Architects / Fabricators / Customers to drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals. -Procurement of orders from dealers and timely supply thereon. -Dealer network sales-managing & appointing new dealers in a given territory by completing all formalities. -Lead Generation, Project Pipeline & Payments realization. -Conducting Developer, Architect & plumber meetings to promote the products. -Maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. -Responsible for the payments & collections. -Work in coordination with the marketing team for proper and timely display. -Achievement of targeted sales volumes through Retail & Project Sales -Regularly meeting and developing relationships with Architects, Builders, interior designers, etc. to generate inquiries and close sales. -Identify new clients and generate business from existing clientele to achieve business targets.
