Civil Engineer (Water)

Description

• Capture client requirements and if needed, advise them regarding civil works, systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.
• Modeling and designing grading, Culvert, Road, etc. using Civil-3D
• Prepare plan and profile drawings
• Civil site design for facilities and developments.
• Work with a team locally to deliver projects overseas to the US project management team.

Requirements

• Learning attitude and seeking guidance from Seniors
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of working experience in the related civil industry
• Good Communication skills (verbal & written), ability to self-check and produce accurate work
• Hydraulic calculation
• Working knowledge of International codes and standards (ASCE, ACI, AASHTO, FHWA, American-DOT etc.)
• Knowledge of Safety Guidelines and relevant codes
• A plus but not required: Open Road/ Open Rail, HEC-RAS, Flow Master, Project-Wise
• Preferred Understanding of Microsoft Office Tools – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, OneNote
• Keen awareness of ethical/code responsibilities; always acts in the company’s best interests
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution
• Sound knowledge of CIVIL-3D, Storm Cad and Civil Storm
• Standard design of civil project work.
